Deleting your account does not stop your subscription. Apple and Google bill you, not us, so you have to cancel it in your own account settings. If you delete your account without cancelling, you will keep being charged.
The steps for cancelling are here. Do that first, then come back.
Open mitr, go to Settings, and choose to delete your account. That is the fastest way and you do not need to write to anyone.
Write to privacy@bewithmitr.com from the email address you used to sign in, and ask us to delete your account.
We will send a link back to that same address to make sure the request came from you. Until you open that link, nothing is deleted. This is to stop somebody else deleting your account.
If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us anyway and tell us so, and we will find another way to check.
Everything you wrote and everything we learned about you. Your conversations, your journal entries, your intentions, your scores, and your account itself.
We delete it. We do not freeze the account or hide it.
