We read every message.

If you need help now

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please do not wait for us to reply. Find a helpline near you. mitr is not an emergency service.

Contact us

Write to team@bewithmitr.com and tell us what happened. If you can, say which phone you are using and what you were doing when the problem started. It helps us find the answer faster.

We reply within [TBD].

For questions about your data, write to privacy@bewithmitr.com.

Cancel your subscription

Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so it has to be cancelled in your own account settings. We cannot cancel it for you.

On an iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, tap mitr, then tap Cancel Subscription.

On an Android phone

Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, tap mitr, then tap Cancel subscription.

If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged. You keep access until the day the trial or the paid period ends.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in to mitr with the same email you used before, using the same Apple or Google account that paid for the subscription. Your subscription follows that account.

If it does not come back, write to us and include the email address you signed in with.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue one directly. If something went wrong, write to us anyway and we will help you work out what to do.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and your data from inside the app, in Settings. If you have already removed the app, you can ask us to delete it here.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately, using the steps above, or you will keep being billed.
